Clear Cost Structure
As your shop partner, we rely on simple and transparent cost structures. Therefore, our costs are based only on commissions on your sales. This means that every work we do for you is included in the commissions!
No language barriers!
If the description of your products or services can only be found in your native language, then that is not a problem. We translate everything into German and English at no additional cost!
We offer three models to integrate your services in the shop:
You can activate your services independently in the hamoso shop. After registration (Online-Freelancer-registration here), You will receive access data from us to your own internal area in the online shop, where you can adapt your goods, prices, images, texts and much more. Don’t worry, the internal area is easy to use. Nevertheless, in addition to a small instruction guide, the whole thing will also be explained to you directly via a video call. As soon as you have internalised the functions, you can get started and install your services in the shop. The entire sales and payment processing takes place in the hamoso shop. For every sold / implemented service that comes from you, a commission of 10% is given to hamoso – there are no other costs for you! By the way, with access to your own internal area in the hamoso shop, you also have the opportunity to offer products in addition to the services and that without restrictions and without additional costs (just like with the service, a commission of 10% per item sold counts here).
The Online-Booking-Model includes all functions and accesses as with the Online-Freelancer-Model. An additional function is simply added here, which is suitable for you as a provider if you need a booking system for your service (Online-Booking-registration here). You can organise and offer bookings for courses, trips (accommodations), consultation hours and much more via internal scheduling and using calendar. Here, customers can order or book appointments day and time simply and in a customer-friendly manner via the hamoso shop. As a provider, you have full control in the internal system and can plan and coordinate the various bookings, i.e., among other things, you can determine the days and hours on which bookings are possible. For example, you can allow multiple bookings at a certain time or limit the booking to one order (prevention of double bookings) and so on. There are no limits to how you would like to set up your booking offer. If you choose this model with this additional booking function, a commission of 12% per booked service will be transferred to hamoso. But, as with the online freelancer model, only 10% commission is charged for goods and simple services.
If you are not interested in dealing with the Online-Freelancer-Model & Online-Booking-Model and in dealing with such technical conditions, then we can take care of the whole thing for you (All-Around registration here). Just send us a description of your service including pictures and price expectations in German, English or in your native language and we will offer your service in your name and under your logo in the shop. We will forward bookings for your services to you in the calendar so that you only have to take care of the implementation of your service. Compared to points (1) and (2), the whole thing involves additional work. This is why a commission of 15% is charged to hamoso on every service or product sold from your offers in the shop.
Regardless of which model you choose, our goal is that your products and /or services, thanks to our hamoso shop, achieve a wide range, especially in German-speaking countries. For this, we work intensively to manage all important channels so that you can increase your sales. With this in mind, after consultation, your offers can be placed on social media or other online marketplaces, for example. We take care of this!
By the way, don’t worry about the language on the website either. We support you so that your products or services are translated from your native language into German and English so that you can reach the target customers without any obstacles!
