Conclusion of a contract
The online presentation of our range shall not constitute a binding contractual offer. By placing an order with us, you make a binding order and therewith also accept the respectively applicable general terms and conditions. The hamoso shop reserves the right to make a decision regarding acceptance of the order. The purchase order comes into effect upon written confirmation of the order by e-mail from the hamoso shop.
The prices from the day of ordering, which are reprinted in the online order confirmation, are those that apply. Employees of the hamoso shop are not authorised to verbally agree on differing conditions or confirmations over and beyond the content of the written contract or these general terms and conditions.
If the online details for an article from our range were incorrect, the hamoso shop will provide an alternative offer, which you can decide to accept or reject.
Data protection
The details required for processing the transaction will be stored and passed on to associated companies for the purpose of processing the order. All personal data will, of course, be treated as confidential.

Right of Withdrawal/Returns/Exchanges
Returns and exchanges for defective goods or wrong deliveries, caused by the hamoso shop, are possible. In addition, there is a general right of withdrawal of 14 days, as long as the goods are in a condition that has been delivered. The sender takes over the cost for sending back.
Liability
The hamoso shop shall not be liable for the inability to deliver packages or the occurrence of late deliveries due to incorrectly stated delivery addresses, the absence of the recipient, customs problems or events attributable to force majeure. The company also does not guarantee the continuous availability of the website or accept liability relating to technical errors in the online shop.
Sale of alcoholic drinks to young persons
The sale of alcohol to young persons is subject to various restrictions in accordance with the provisions of cantonal law. The hamoso shop does not sell any alcohol to young persons under the age of 18 as a matter of principle. By sending their order, customers confirm that they are at least 18 years of age in order that this rule and the legal provisions can be complied with.
Amendments to the general terms and conditions, applicable law and area of jurisdiction
The hamoso shop reserves the right to make changes to these general terms and conditions at any time without the need to state the reason. Such amendments do not apply to orders already confirmed.
All contracts arising from the use of the hamoso shop as well as the general terms and conditions are subject to Swiss law.
The sole jurisdiction, according to the EU Regulation Nr. 44/2001 (EC), is either the the country where the customer has his or her permanent residence or where the supplier has its permanent residence. For customers with a permanent residence in Switzerland (Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein), the sole jurisdiction is in Switzerland or in one of the EFTA states. For customers with a permanent residence outside the EU and the EFTA, the sole jurisdiction is in Switzerland.
